Dr. Casey Holtz is a compassionate psychologist dedicated to supporting children and families navigating the challenges of divorce in the Greater Milwaukee Area. With a profound understanding of the emotional complexities involved in family transitions, Dr. Holtz specializes in providing child-inclusive mediation, child/family specialist, parent coaching, and therapy services aimed at fostering healthy communication and positive outcomes for all involved.
Drawing upon his extensive expertise in child psychology and family dynamics, Dr. Holtz approaches mediation with a child-centered focus, recognizing the importance of honoring children's voices and perspectives throughout the process. Sue Bronson
Mediator, Trainer and Psychotherapist
BIO
Sue Bronson, LCSW, has been a pioneer in mediation for the Milwaukee area since 1983. She is an instructor of mediation courses at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, lead trainer for eldercaring coordinators and developed an e-learning module for family mediation for the Supreme Court of Ohio. Sue also served for 35 years as a psychotherapist in private practice.

Currently, she serves as co-chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Elder Justice Initiative on Eldercaring Coordination. Sue also served as committee chair for the American Bar Association Task Force on the Elder Abuse Screening Tool for Mediators and was a past chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Family Section and Elder Section. She also authored several articles in peer reviewed journals and magazines.
Sue actively promotes quality services through training, reflection, and consultation.

Dan Smith
Financial Advisor and Founder of Twenty-Twenty Wealth and Advisory Partners

For over a decade, Dan has been helping individuals and couples in the Greater Milwaukee Area both during the divorce process and after. His goal is to ensure his clients make educated and confident decisions regarding their finances. During the divorce process, Dan is available to help clients work through property division, child support and maintenance calculations, buyout valuations and retirement assets. Post-divorce, Dan assists clients with future financial planning, including investment advice, cash flow analysis and general budgeting.
As a financial neutral, Dan works amicably with both parties to help them understand the pros and cons of their individual and mutual financial decisions.
Dan is a long-time member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, serving as its first and second term chair. Additionally, he has served the Council as an executive committee member and as treasurer. He is also a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts where he currently sits on the Finance Committee.

Grant Zielinski
Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and Mediator

Grant G. Zielinski is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) at Divorce Financial Solutions, LLC in Milwaukee, WI. Divorce Financial Solutions, LLC was established in 2005 to assist attorneys and their clients make well-informed financial decisions incident to divorce.

Grant works as a neutral financial specialist in collaborative and mediation cases to educate clients on financial matters such as taxes issues, maintenance, child support and property division throughout the divorce process.
​
Grant also specializes in the evaluation and division of Military Retirement and the Wisconsin Retirement System. Grant has also been involved in the drafting of over 10,000 Qualified Domestic Relation Orders (QDRO) and has personally provided over 5,000 pension valuations to attorneys and their clients.
​
Grant received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2006, where he played collegiate football for four years. He also serves on the board of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW) and is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators (WAM).
